Is TSF Skincare (The Sage Faerie) a direct sales/MLM company?

No it is not. It's a small business run from our home.

I'm Faredae, the founder, formulator and maker at TSF Skincare (The Sage Faerie). When you communicate with the company, you are communicating with me.

I started this business in October 2019 as a hobby. I quickly fell in love with making skincare products.

By January 2020 I started to expand my available products based on what people were asking for.

Every formula created is based on 3 criteria.

Effective, affordable and trustworthy.

I have always had the belief that I cannot and will not sell something I would not use myself. Before starting my business I sold a few different company's products. I loved their products but I was not getting the results I wanted to see in my own skin. When searching for products that would help I only found products that were either not all natural or way more expensive that what I feel is worth spending. That's when I decided I would rather create my own products to sell rather than selling someone else's products.

All the products are formulated by me. I research skin issues and ingredients that help with those issues. Like sunspots and deep wrinkles. I did not go to school for this and I do not copy other people's recipes. Each product is crafted based on the power of each ingredient chosen. 2020 through 2022 I spent a lot of time learning and creating.

From late 2021 on I began going to craft shows and markets to get my products out to people. As this hobby became a business, I decided to create a website so I could easily sell products online.

When you shop online, I get notified of your order. My kitchen that I make products in then becomes my shipping station.

I pull the packaging slips, prep the boxes, fill the boxes, label them and send them out.

If you've ordered online you'll notice my shipping packaging is not consistent. That's because I recycle shipping materials that I get when I receive orders.

I like to label the boxes with shipping tape with my logo and business info on it so you know when your order has arrived!

You will also receive an automated email with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order!

Most orders are shipped within 3 days of ordering. I always do my best to get orders out as quickly as possible.

My hobby became a business because of my valued followers like you. It's very important to me to know what people want.
