Behind The Scenes: From Our House To Yours

We are not a big corporation and we do not have a warehouse. Our home is where everything is done. Formulating the products, ordering supplies, making the products, creating the labels and labeling the products, marketing, receiving and shipping. It's all done from our home.
So what happens after you place your order? On your end, you receive an email confirming your order. Your part is done.
After you place your order, we immediately receive a notification. The first step is printing your packaging slip. Then it's time to pack and ship.
We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most of the time it's shipped in 1-2 days. Sometimes a product is out of stock and a batch needs to be made, so it make take an extra couple of days. We make all products in small batches to ensure you get products that are fresh.
When all your products are ready, we wrap each one to protect it. You'll notice there is no consistency with the packing materials. That's because we recycle bubble wrap and packaging paper. Sometimes we even reuse the boxes our supplies come in. Recycling is very important to us. Even more important than pretty boxes and paper.
For smaller and lighter orders we do use poly bags. We got a super crazy deal on an order of these bags. But once they are gone we will not be reordering them. We'd rather not use plastic bags. We do occasionally reuse poly bags we receive (like from Amazon).
Once everything is properly protected the box (or bag) is packed, taped and weighed. One thing we do like to do is tape the box with personalized tape. This way you know as soon as you open your mailbox that your products have arrived.
We weigh and label your package from our home. So your order goes literally from our home to yours.

My hobby became a business because of my valued followers like you. It's very important to me to know what people want. Please feel free to reach out to me and share what products you would love to see. If you have used any TSF products I would love to hear your experience. The good and the bad. These products are made for YOU. So if they are not working for you I want to know.
