Lately it seems castor oil is in everything and people all over social media are talking about the benefits they are getting. At first I thought it was another fad. Then I started doing some research on it. I couldn't believe how beneficial it is.

• Ricinoleic Acid's Role: Ricinoleic acid, the dominant fatty acid in castor oil, possesses anti-inflammatory properties that can help soothe irritated and inflamed skin.

• May Aid Skin Conditions: This property may make it beneficial for individuals with conditions like eczema, psoriasis, or dermatitis.
