How To Use Our Cleansing Oil

If you are not in the habit of washing your face, start with doing this every evening. Washing

your face at the end of the day is the most important time to do it. Especially if you wear makeup. You should never go to bed with makeup on. It is damaging to the skin and will cause your skin to look more aged and increase the chance of wrinkles. You can do this at any point in the evening. It doesn't have to be right before bed.

Some people skip washing in the morning because they just washed the night before. I used to be that person. I would just rinse my face with water. As long as you fully cleanse your face at night this is not super bad. However, your skin does naturally exfoliate through the night, especially if you use a good night cream that helps support healing and exfoliating. So cleaning in the morning is always a good idea so you remove the dead skin cells and help prep your skin for the day.

How to use our Cleansing Oil

1. Use a cotton round or reusable makeup remover pad to remove eye makeup first. Always be gentle when removing eye makeup. The skin around the eyes is very thin and tender. Very gently massage the oil over eyebrows and lashes being careful to not get the oil into the eyes. (you can skip this step if you want)

2. Apply 2-3 pumps of the oil into the palm of your hand then apply to DRY face and massage into skin for approximately 30 seconds or more. Rub in just as you would with a foaming wash. **it works best when applied to dry skin**

3. Rinse with WARM water and a washcloth. It works best if you wipe the oil and residue off rather than just rinsing with water. I like to press the warm cloth against my face for a few seconds before wiping the oil off. Make sure you rinse the washcloth off to remove the oil from the washcloth.

For best results, use toner, serum and moisturizer after cleansing. (in that order) At the very least use serum and/or moisturizer.
