LAVENDER BODY WASH

Authentic Castile Soap originated from the Castile, Spain region and used pure olive oil. Most Castile Soap today is made with other oils such as coconut, hemp, avocado, or other high fat oils. I wanted to make it as authentic as possible. So I use Olive Oil made with olives from Spain. I don't add any other oils to the soap paste.

Learning to make liquid soap has been fun. As you may already know, I do not like to follow other people's recipes for my products. So I research ingredients and use trial and error to figure out a formula.

The number one importance for the Body Wash formula was I did not want to strip the skin of moisture. And it is always important that I do not need to use synthetic ingredients.

After trying a few different ingredients I found adding a small amount of Castor Oil was all the liquid soap needed to keep the skin moisturized.
